Once we have confirmed your specification for your order and agreed a fitting date HomeFix will carry out a more in depth survey just a few days before we install. This ensures we order all the correct material and one final check you are happy with all your choices.
Materials will be delivered direct to your home on the same morning our expert fitters arrive. We will carry out a stock and quality check and build the access equipment*
Our fitters will then get to work ensuring all works are carried out to the agreed specification. Of course weather will play its part and we would never put your home at risk during very wet or windy weather, so from time to time works may get delayed, but rest assured each and every job is completed within the timeframe discussed.
After the installation is complete, you will have your opportunity to view it with the fitters or the surveyor. HomeFix will then send you an invoice which can be paid cheque or BACS. After payment is received HomeFix will send you your Guarantee and apply to IWA for your insurance backed warranty.

*Our means of access varies on each home and sometimes we may require a third party scaffolding contractor to erect fixed scaffold. This will always be recommended and quoted at an early stage so that all parties are aware.
